We had a great experience with Vanessa Romano. We met Vanessa with the plan to see two houses during our visit to Cedar City. We decided that we wanted to see three additional houses after seeing the original two and she was so accommodating with her schedule and did quick work of arranging the showings for the same day. Since we're not local yet, she also did the final walk-through for us before closing. She was personable and efficient, and the entire process was very smooth. We would highly recommend!

We worked with Vanessa, from out of state. She showed us the housing development’s in Cedar City and helped us find a builder to build our new home. From out of state, Vanessa was right there, answering questions and concerns, checking with our builder and working with our mortgage company. She responded right away with any concerns we had and rectified any issues we had. She has become a valuable friend, introducing us to the many amenities that our new city has to offer. I don’t think we could have done this build and purchase, from out of state, without Vanessa’s help!!
